Mr. Walter Terry Pace, age 61 of Arrington, TN, formerly of Centre, passed away Monday, October 6th at his residence.
Funeral services will be 1PM Thursday, October 9th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Melvyn Salter officiating; burial will follow in Fairview cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8: PM Wednesday.
Pallbearers include Steve “Bit” Barrett, Danny “Bean” Green, Terry Joe Cothran, Tom Flanery, Tommy Moon, Burt Duke and Todd Schorsten; Honorary Pallbearers will be Norman “Preacher” Lee, Mike Barrett and all employees of S & P Insulation.
Survivors include his wife, Rita Buttram Pace; sisters, Barbara Robertson of Sand Rock, Susan Pace of Leesburg; several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
Mr. Pace was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late David Lamar “Pete” and Lola Mae Weems Pace was a foreman for S & P Insulation and was of the Baptist faith.
