Walter Paul Forsyth was born November 9, 1961 in Savannah, TN, the son of the late Parvin Forsyth and Artie Frances Williams Forsyth.
Paul was united in marriage to Kathy Griswell on April 3, 1995. He was a truck driver for 25 plus years and also taught truck driving school for a few years. He was a member of the Piney Grove Church of God. He was very active in his church – running the sound, playing bass, and driving the bus for many church outings. If Paul was not at church you could find him in the woods or at the lake. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but nothing brought him greater joy than the time spent with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Kathy Forsyth; children: Adam Forsyth (Brynn) of Selmer, TN, Monica Foster (Dreu) of Adamsville, TN, Stephanie Britton (Dustin) of Adamsville, TN, Monia Eubanks (Shawn) of Selmer, TN, Marcus Oliver (Cassie Sisco) of Selmer, TN, Whitney Cole of Selmer, TN, Adrian Forsyth (Laura Beth) of Finger, TN; 14 grandchildren; a sister, Janutia Williams and husband Joe of Selmer, TN; and many other family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Rolison.
