Walter Morgan III, age 82 of Loretto, TN, passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at AHC Meadowbrook in Pulaski. He retired from the United States Army after 21 years of dedicated and honorable service. After his retirement, he became an entrepreneur and ventured out into several different fields of work, most of which involved computer technology. In his spare time he loved to fish. He was a loving father, husband, grandfather and will be dearly missed.
He is preceded in death by his Parents, Walter Morgan II and Mary Virginia Morgan; Sister, Patsy Sasser.
He is survived by his Wife of 63 years, Ethel Faye Stewart Morgan; Son, Doug Morgan (Robin); Daughters, Cindy Milliken, Jackie Dillingham (Mike); Brother, Scott Morgan (Deymian), Keith Morgan; Sister, Barbra “Babs” Mabie; Seven Grandchildren; Several Step Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Chapel on Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. with the funeral service to follow at 2 p.m.
Interment will be at Old Ethridge Cemetery.
