Walter Jackson Truett, 70, of Madison, AL passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at his residence.
Mr. Truett was born March 1, 1953 in Madison County, AL to Gilton Carl Truett and Laura Posey Truett.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister Carlene Walters.
Mr. Truett Served in the U.S. Army for 4 years, and he retired from Shamrock Sheetrock and Robinson Remodeling. Mr. Truett was a member of Greenbrier Baptist Church. Jack was an amazing husband.
Survivors include his loving wife of 23 years, Cindy Truett, one son, Josh Ballinger and wife Katie, one granddaughter, Iris Ballinger, and his niece Emma Murphy and son Cooper, his favorite sisters-in-law Ali Murphy and Beverley Murphy and his riding family and other friends.
Memorial Service with Military Honors will be Saturday April 8, 2023 at 3 P.M. at McConnell Memorial Chapel with Ali Murphy and Beverley Murphy officiating.
