Mrs. Wadie Eustus Lepard, 83, departed this life on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 from the Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. She was born in Mattson, MS on December 25, 1939 to the late Roman Odell Reese and Mary Kathleen Davis Kemp. She worked for Piper Impact in New Albany for many years before moving to the Mooreville area. She attended New Albany Church of Christ in her early years and later attended West Main Church of Christ in Tupelo. Before her health failed she attended Skyline Church of Christ in Mooreville. She was a faithful servant of God and loved to read her Bible daily. Wadie had a green thumb and loved tending her garden and flowers. She also enjoyed sewing and doing puzzles, as well as watching Jeopardy and ball games. Most of all she loved her grandkids and great-grandkids. She will be missed by all of those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her children, Rick Lepard (Barbara), Tim Lepard (Rhonda), Perry Lepard (Wendy), Susan White (Keith); brother, Kerry Reese (Suzanne); grandchildren, Anna Filson, Michelle Johns, Nolan Lepard, Roman Lepard, Lakelynn Lepard, Angel Parker, Sabrina Herrod, Abby Sawyer, Adam Bailey, Avery Wigginton; along with 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Linda Higginbotham.

A service celebrating her life will be held at 5 PM on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Skyline Church of Christ with Minster Norman Maranto and Jimmy Steward officiating. Visitation will be from 3 PM to service time at the church. Burial will be private to the family. Holland Funeral Directors is honored to serve their friends.
