Vivian Rogers Lindley, 84, passed away Monday, October 21, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice in Tupelo. She was born April 16, 1940 to the late Gordie Rogers and the late Pauline Williams Rogers. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church. She worked at the Salvation Army for many years. She was a caregiver to many family and friends. She had a servants heart. She was referred as Maw to many and loved her family. She loved going to church and worshipping her Lord.
Service will be 10:00 am on Thursday October 24, 2024, at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Wood and Bro. Brad Haumesser officiating. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at Senter Funeral Home. Burial will be at Butler Cemetery. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Survivors include her sons: Greg (Chere) Lindley and Rickey (Holly) Lindley, both of Fulton; grandchildren: Austin (Mary Beth) Lindley, Andrew (Alex) Lindley, Hayden (Zack) Sheffield, Avery Underwood, Brady Underwood, Carmen (Ethan) Oaks, Brooke Brazile, Jared Nastrom; 14 great grandchildren; sisters: Lanelle (Bobby) Rodgers, Susie O’Neal, Debbie Lawson; brother, Eddie Rogers.
Preceded in death by her parents. husband, Kermit Lindley, son, Darryl Lindley, 7 brothers.
Pallbearers are her nephews.
