Vivian Augusta Roland, 91 of Elkton, Tennessee died on Monday, June 1, 2015, at Ardmore Health Care Center.
Born Thursday, December 6, 1923 in Cuthbert, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Johnnie Clarence Jones and the late Hennie Mae White Jones. She was a member of Elkton Methodist Church and lived most of her life in the Elkton area. She loved to sew. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: GW Roland, a son: George William Roland, two brothers and two sisters.
Surviving are daughter, Mirian Roland of Elkton, TN, two grandchildren: Alisha Faulk of Cash Point, TN, and Joshua Colvett of Clements, AL, and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama with Bro. Dale Mitchell and Bro. Brad Smith officiating. Burial will be in Elkton Cemetery, Elkton, TN.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
