Virginia Hicks Bush, mama and mammaw, age 88, of Tuscumbia, AL passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024. Visitation will be Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 1-2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Leatha Blackston Hicks; loving husband of 69 years, Robinson “R.C.” Bush; son, Robin Michael Bush; daughter, Sheila Bush Brown; and four brothers, James, Derl, Buddy, and Joe.
Virginia is survived by her son, William Terry Bush (Karen); daughter, Laurie Brown (Dale); grandchildren, Brad Bush (Jennifer), Terry Waylon Bush, Jennifer Huver, Heather Poole (Jarrod), Jackie McCafferty (David), Jared Brown (Chris), Allison Bush, and Stephanie Mangino (Matthew); great grandchildren, Sabian, Samantha, Michael, Kaylee, Aubrey, Taylor, Trista, Aubrienna, Alora, Camille, Tyson, Caden, and Mia; great great grandson, Cohen.
