Mrs. Virginia Dean Cline Walrond, age 90, of Decatur, AL, formerly of Lafayette, TN, passed away Friday, November 15, 2019 at Decatur USA Healthcare. She was born March 6, 1929 in TN to Mr. and Mrs. George H. Cline, Sr. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Lafayette, TN. She retired from TVA in 1994. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Harold (Rusty) Walrond, brother George H Cline, Jr. (Martha), sisters Frankie Cline Smith (L.G.) and Mary Jo Burrow (Jack), great nephew Chad Cline.
She is survived by brother-in-law, Hilos Walrond (Reba), niece Virginia Gail Russell (Ronnie), nephew Vin Cline (Diane), one great niece, one great nephew.
Graveside services will be held Monday, November 18, 2019, at 1 PM at the Macon County Memorial Gardens in Lafayette, TN. The Reverend Tim Frank of First Baptist Church, Carthage, TN will officiate. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
