Virginia Crane Chandler

Virginia Crane Chandler, 87, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at The Meadows in Fulton. She was born April 22, 1937 to the late Floy Lee Crane and the late Iva Holley Crane. She worked many years as a teachers assistant in Fulton and was a member of Fulton Church of Christ. Virginia enjoyed gardening, reading, spending weekends at the cabin on Nita Lake and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 3 pm on Saturday May 11, 2024 at Senter Funeral Home with Minister Russ Crosswhite officiating. Burial will be in Itawamba Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2pm – 3pm on Saturday May 11 at Senter Funeral Home. The service will be live streamed at www.facebook.com/senterfuneraldirectors
Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
She is survived by her son, Jim (Emily) Chandler of Fulton, daughter, Lori Gallaher of Jacksonville, FL, grandchildren, Abbey (Mark) McDonald, Alex Gallaher, Nathan Chandler, Sara Chandler, great-grandchildren, Aden James, Adeline Presley, Olive McDonald, sister, Delois (Larry) Montgomery of Fulton, and brother, Johnny (Bessie) Crane of Fulton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Chandler, parents, Floy Lee (F.L.) and Iva Crane, and brother, Jimmie Crane.
