Services for Virginia Chaffin, will be Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016, 11 a.m. at Welti Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She will lie in state from 10-11 a.m. Visitation will be Monday from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel. She was the wife of Lowell Chaffin, formerly of Decatur.
