Virginia Caison Kelley, 63, of Decatur, passed away on Monday, July 24th, 2023.
She is survived by her daughter; Ayriann Smith (Daniel), grandchild; Kaylon Cohn, sister-in-law; Patricia Goines (Houston), brothers-in-law; Clarence Kelley and Johnny Lee Kelley, and a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Virginia is preceded by her husband; Robert James Kelley, parents; Carlos and Dolores Caison, and six siblings.
Virginia was well known for her caring and giving heart, as well as her fantastic cooking. She was a strong minded and determined person. She was very talented at many things including writing a novel. She was baptized on July 22, 2000 as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
