Funeral for Vinson Rodney Cole, 54, of Hillsboro will be today, June 2, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home Chapel with Dustin McLemore and Ricky Patterson officiating. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Cole died today June 1, 2016, at his residence. He was born May 20, 1962, in Moulton to Vinson Andrew Cole and Nettie Sue Borden Cole. He was a warehouse clerk for 3-M.
Survivors include his wife, Shelia Elaine Hood Cole; one son, Jace Andrew Cole of Hillsboro; one daughter, Haley Laine Cole Underwood of Hillsboro; two granddaughters, Hayden Underwood and Jaycie Gatlin, both of Hillsboro; his parents, Vinson and Netti Cole of Moulton; three brothers, Richard Cole of Moulton, Ross Cole (Amy) of Double Springs and Rex Cole of Birmingham; one sister, Robin Bohannon (Houston) of Vina; mother-in-law, Syble Hood of Town Creek; sister-in-law, Amy McLemore of Moulton; brother-in-law, Derrick Hood (Sonya) of Town Creek; host of nieces, nephews and friends.
