Vincent Dean Miller, age 45 of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. He was born in Hammond, Indiana on September 24, 1978. Vince was the owner and operator of Top 2 Bottom Services (HVAC and Refrigeration) in Winchester. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence “Bill” Miller; brother, Richard Alan Miller; and grandparents, Albert Fiocca, and Ruby M. Fiocca. Vince is survived by his children, Kaylee Miller, and Kinsley Miller; mother, Mary Syler Harding; fiancé, Jamie Scoggins; sister, Kara (Rae) Miller; brother, Billy Miller; step-mother, Susan Miller; step-father, Mike Harding; several nieces and nephews; step-daughter, Hannah Scoggins; and step-granddaughter, Kaylee Scoggins. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made at First Bank in Decherd to help care for his children.
