Vickie Powers James, 71, Russellville, passed away on Friday, September 1, 2023. No services will be held at this time.
Vickie was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Wade James; son, Chris Law; mother, Geneva Jones; and brother, Tony Jones.
She is survived by her son, Jason Clark Dill; sisters, Wanda Black (Matt), Mary Wright (Danny), and Debra Perkins; daughter from another mother, Bobbie Hamm (David); lifelong friend and sister-in-law, Janice Dill; and many nieces and nephews.
