Vickie Merle Dennis Sharp, 76, of Owens Cross Roads, AL. passed away Saturday.
She was preceded in death by father, Herman “Bill” Tevis Dennis; mother, Emma M. Smith Dennis; son, Jimmie Lee Davis “J.L” Sharp, Jr.; brother, Barry Andrew Dennis; great nephew, Dezmond Dennis; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Surviving is husband of 58 years, Jimmie Lee Davis Sharp, Sr.; daughter, Peggy M. (Joshua) Harris; grandchildren, Joseph Levi Harris and James Hunter Tevis Harris; and brother, Jerry Wayne (Linda) Dennis.
Visitation will be Tuesday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday at 2:00 PM with Steven Ward officiating.
Interment will be in Green Valley Cemetery.
