Vernon Lee “Bud” Carter Jr. age 41, of Florence, passed away Monday, December 20, 2021.
Bud was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Lee Carter, Sr.
Survivors are his mother, Edna Carter; children, Daniel Quinn, Valeria Christine Carter, Vernon Lee Carter III, and Wesley Carter; brother, Body Pickens; sisters, Edna Mae Carter and Loretta Frances. A number of nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
