Vera Todd Hargett, 91, Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012, at Russellville Healthcare.
The visitation was 6-8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, 2012. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, at Spry Memorial Chapel. Officiating at the service will be Reverend George McGuire. Burial will follow at Colbert Memorial Gardens, Tuscumbia.
She is survived by daughter, Judy Hargett Malone (husband, A.T.); granddaughter, Karen Malone Belk (husband, Woodie); great-grandchildren, Demitria “Demi” Belk and Kera Belk; sister-in-law, Robbie Todd; nieces, Nancy (James) Pinion, Jennie (Dennis) Tunell, and Beth (Andy) Campbell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Hargett; grandson, Keith Ray Malone; parents, A.K. and Mannie Todd; twin sister, Lera Todd Hargett (husband, M.C.); brothers, A.W. Todd, Auburn Todd and Aaron Todd.
The pallbearers will be Woodie Belk, Clyde Hargett, Howard Hargett, Gerald Broaddrick, Leamon Sumerel and Randy Hargett.
The family would like to thank Dr. McAnalley, his staff and all the staff and caregivers that took care of Momma Hargett.
