A Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Vera Nell Sivley Steelman, 80, will be Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Center Springs with Dr. Michael Mason officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No Visitation is scheduled.
Ms. Steelman passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2024 at her residence. She was born April 20, 1943, in Morgan County, to Walter Rudolph Sivley and Vera Arlene Dunaway Sivley.
She was employed by Technology Molded Plastics TMP, working on the Assembly Line and in Quality Control, prior to her retirement. She was a member of Center Springs United Methodist Church where she served in the United Methodist Women’s Association for her church and taught Sunday School for many years. She was a loving mother and grandmother, an avid quilter and served as the Secretary/ Treasurer for S.A.V.E.S. (Somerville Area Volunteer Emergency Services) for many years.
Preceding her in death were her parents and brothers, Walter Van Sivley and Joe L. Sivley.

Pallbearers will be Wally Steelman, Robert Freeman, Mike Graveman, Rusty White, Johnathan Solomon and Trevor Borden.
