Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Vannis Spencer Herrin, age 67 of Tullahoma. Mrs. Herrin passed away Saturday May 9, 2020 at Manchester Healthcare and Rehab. A native of Burlington, Iowa, she spent most of her life in the Middle Tennessee area. She was a devoted housewife and loving mother to her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed baking and decorating designer cakes. Mrs. Herrin is preceded in death by her husband, Russ Herrin, Sr., mother, Thelma Ditto Spencer and her father, Winford Henry Spencer, and brother, Kenny Spencer. She leaves to cherish her memory and mourn her loss, her daughters, Vickie Rahner of Tullahoma and Deanna Herrin of Decherd; sons, Russel (Shannon) Herrin of Decherd and Kenny (Patricia) Herrin of Tullahoma.
