FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department issued a statement concerning a robbery that took place on Valentines Day:
“On February 14, 2022, Florence Police Officers responded to a robbery call at 1437 Carver Heights. Victim reported that a male had robbed him. He described the offender and the offender’s vehicle he left in.
Officers located a vehicle matching the description given in the area. Oscar Steven
Robert Thompson
Woods and Robert Thompson were in the vehicle. Woods matched the description of the robbery suspect. Detectives responded, and both Woods and Thompson were charged with Robbery in the 3rd Degree.
Woods was also charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, Trespassing, and Harassment. He is being held on a $63,600 bond. Thompson is being held on a $60,000 bond.
