Urmila K. Patel was born in Kimilili Kenya to Kamlaben and Kantibhai Patel. She was Hindu-Baps Swaminarayan. She enjoyed listening to music, eating, spending time with the family, especially playing with the grandchildren. Once upon a time, she enjoyed sewing.
Mrs. Patel is survived by her husband of 50 years, Sam Patel; daughter: Marisa (Jignesh) Patel; grandchildren: Priti Patel and Shiv Patel; mother: Kamtaben Patel; siblings: Bhupendra (Renuka) Patel, Umesh (Jigisha) Patel, Vinesh (Nisha) Patel, Mitesh (Vipula) Patel, and Sunil (Arpita) Patel; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Kantibhai Patel.
