July 1st – Early Dinner Show “Evening of Motown” featuring “The Flashbacks Showband” at Yesterdays Event Center. Doors open 5pm, program including dinner 5:30, showtime 6:30-8pm, tickets $30 includes reserved seating, complete dinner, show, unlimited soft drinks, and free parking. July 1st-July 29th – The Athens Lions Club 2023 Kiddie Carnival will be open June 22nd-July 29th. Open Thurs, Fri and Sat 6:30p-9:30pm. There are 10 rides at the Kiddie Carnival best suited for children ages 2-10, including a small ferris wheel, train, swings, carousel, rocket ships, scrambler, parachute ride and mini roller coaster. We also have bingo and great concessions including hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, corn dogs, sno cones, cotton candy, popcorn and funnel cakes. Free parking off site, free entry and each ride is only one 50 cent ticket.
