Upcoming Events In Ardmore

ARDMORE-The City of Ardmore has listed a few events to herald the coming of spring for this weekend.  From Easter egg hunts to shopping in downtown…a little of something for everyone:

• Get Ready for Spring – Come to Ardmore on Saturday, March 16, 2024, for the annual Community Cleanup hosted by United Pest & Turf Control. The cleanup will be from 8 a.m. to Noon. Vests, gloves, buckets, and grabbers are provided. Volunteers are needed and are asked to meet at the corner of Main Street and Ardmore Avenue. Breakfast will be provided by McDonald’s and lunch will be provided by Two Dames with Dawgs and the Greater Ardmore Chamber of Commerce.
• There will be an Easter Egg Hunt and Photos with the Easter Bunny at 10 a.m. at John Barnes Park. There are four age groups. The hunter with the most eggs wins a grand prize in each group.

• 1 & 2 year olds
• 3 & 4 year olds
• K, 1^st, 2^nd grades
• 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th grades
• The inaugural ‘Shopping on the Avenue’ vendor market will take place on Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 9 to 5 p.m. on Ardmore Avenue in Downtown Ardmore, Alabama. This event is sponsored by Bliss and Birch. This event features local vendors, family fun, and shopping.
