A private graveside service for UnaKing Currier, 84, of Hartselle, will be at Hartselle City Cemetery with Bro. Lloyd Barker officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Currier was born on Tuesday, May 14, 1940 to Emmett and Launa Conway. She died on Saturday, August 17, 2024.
UnaKing Currier was a loving mother and a devout Christian. She was a faithful member of Sun Valley Church of Christ. Mrs. Currier was preceded in death by her husband, Coach James “Jimmy” Currier, her parents, and her sister-in-law, Stephanie Conway.
Survivors Include:
Two sons: Dwayne Currier (Jill) and Kevyn Currier (Mary)
Brother: Dwight Conway
Four grandchildren: Martin Currier (Krystin), Ethan Currier, Mary Brettlyn Miller (Joshua) and Keenon Currier.
Four great grandchildren: Mitchell Currier, Evelynn Currier, James Currier and Henry Miller.
Three Nieces: Sonya Preuitt (Mike), Tara Hamlett (Kevin) and Tasha McKee.
Nephew: Stephen Conway (Jade)
