FLORENCE-UNAfied is a joint event with the University of North Alabama Culinary Department and Renaissance Shoals Hotel and Spa. This culinary extravaganza is a fundraising event with proceeds going towards UNA culinary scholarships in honor of Jeff Eubanks.
This year UNAfied will be held in the Renaissance Shoals Conference Center on Thursday, April 10th. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served starting at 6:00 PM, followed by dinner at 6:30 PM. Each course will showcase the creative and skillful efforts of the culinary students, guided by their mentors from the University and Renaissance Shoals. An online silent auction will take place throughout the evening, concluding at 8:00 PM. Cocktail attire is recommended for the event.
