FALKVILLE-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a two-vehicle accident that has taken the life of a Morgan County woman:
“A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 10:13 a.m. Friday, March 8, has claimed the life of a Crane Hill woman.
Kayla E. Haynes, 37, was fatally injured when the 2005 Toyota Corolla that she was driving struck a 2016 Peterbilt tractor-trailer driven by Markus W. Hutton, 51, of Pulaski, Tennessee. Hanes was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Interstate 65 near the 322 mile marker, within the Falkville city limits, in Morgan County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
