Two Tennessee Men Arrested In Limestone County On Drug Trafficking Charges

LIMESTONE COUNTY– The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department issued a statement concerning the arrest of two suspects on Drug Trafficking charges:
“On May 23, 2024, the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and K-9 Unit conducted an operation in Elkmont, AL.
As part of the operation, over one-half pound of Methamphetamine was seized, and two arrests were made.
Russell Schrimsher, a parolee from Ardmore, TN, and Jimmy Williams of Pulaski, TN, were charged with Drug Trafficking. Both men are being held in the Limestone County Jail, each on a $100,000 bond.”
