This makes zero sense. Spend all this time, money to arrest and prosecute them, take their children over something that is now legal in 29 states and DC. Alabama NEEDS TO WAKE UP and do away with these senseless arrests. This is the 21st century! Paper praises the officer, I think he should have wrote the traffic ticket and saved our over booked justice system and overcrowded jails, also tax payers thousands dollars it takes to arrest, book and prosecute these so called bad people. Only bad to those that don’t try to understand that this drug helps serious ill people every day deal with pain without getting addicted to pills or meth. LEAVE OUR PEOPLE ALONE AND LET THEM ENJOY A PAINLESS MOMENT!!!!!!!
