Tuscumbia Police Seeking Information On Auto Dealership Theft

TUSCUMBIA-The Tuscumbia Police Department is still looking for information related to the early Monday morning break-in at Long Lewis Chevrolet  around 2 a.m. Three vehicles including a Chevrolet Camaro Limited Edition and 2 Chevrolet Tahoes were taken in the theft. The value of the vehicles is in excess of $220,000.
All of the suspects were wearing masks and gloves that were observed in the dealership.
Cash in excess of $700 was taken from a cash box. Also numerous keys to other vehicles were taken and were located in the parking lot of the dealership between to other vehicles.
Also taken were 3 license plates belonging to customers who had their vehicles at the dealership for repairs/service.
The vehicle tracking devices were disabled and the police department has no information to date of a potential location or direction of travel of the stolen vehicles.
