TUSCUMBIA-On Tuesday, September 26, Tuscumbia Police Chief Tony Logan issued a statement concerning the arrest of a man who has been charged

Adam Lee Willingham

with a Grand Jury indictment on Sexual Charges related to a minor:

“Investigators and officers with the Tuscumbia Police Department arrested Adam Lee Willingham, age 38 of Main Street inTuscumbia.
He was charged in a Grand Jury indictment that includes 4 counts of Sodomy 1st Degree and 2 counts of Sex Abuse of a Child Under the age of 12.
At this time he is being held in the Colbert County Jail awaiting a bond hearing later this week.”
