TUSCUMBIA-One person dead another charged with Manslaughter after Sunday shooting in Tuscumbia.
Police Chief Tony Logan says Jerry Wayne Fisher, 72 has been arrested and charged with Manslaughter in the shooting death of John Kevin Farley, 49. The shooting took place at Fisher’s property located on Foster Nolan Place Road around 2:50PM on Sunday.
Farley was airlifted from the scene. He perished on the way to hospital.
According to Chief Logan the two men had a running dispute regarding the property before the shooting incident occurred.
