Tuscumbia Man Charged With Drug Trafficking After Wednesday Raid

TUSCUMBIA-A Tuscumbia man has been arrested and charged with Drug Trafficking this past Wednesday according to authorities with the Colbert County Drug Task Force.

has been arrested and charged with illegal drug trafficking.

Agents had received tips from residents around  the address of 603 Mulberry St. that there was suspected drug activity coming in and out of the residence. After obtaining a Search Warrant Agents raided the house and found the suspect believed to be distributing the drugs, according to Task Force Director Curtis Burns.

During the raid Agents confiscated firearms, including an AR-15 with several hundreds of rounds of ammunition along with high-capacity drums.  Two bulletproof vest and more than $2,00 in cash.  Powder and crack cocaine were also discovered and confiscated from the residence in the amount of 3 ounces.

According to authorities more charges may be pending against Holland.
