ATHENS-Tuesday may have been Valentine’s Day, but we are calling Wednesday Melt Your Heart Day. The Athens Youth Commissioners threw a party for the seniors at the center and dance, played games, ate lunch and sang. Thank you to the Athens Dulcimers for playing today.
The Athens Mayor’s Youth Commission students and seniors who attend the Athens Activity Center Athens Alabama enjoyed an after Valentine’s Day party.
They exchanged gifts, ate lunch, played games, danced, sang and performed music with the Athens Dulcimer Club.
Both generations can learn from and love each other!
