Trudy Kent passed away on February 18, 2024 at age 63. The Funeral Service is 11 a.m. Monday, February 26, 2024 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. Pastor Randy Cook will officiate. Interment in Wilson County Memorial will follow the service. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 4-8 p.m. and on Monday from 10 a.m. until the service at 11 a.m.
Trudy Elaine Lehew Kent was born in Lebanon TN to Annie Mai Smith and Riley Lehew. She was selfless and took great pleasure serving the homeless through her church. She enjoyed her bible studies and worshipping with others at Crossroads Church. She also loved to dance and shop.
Mrs. Kent is survived by her sisters: Patricia (Roger) Hood, Tina (Robert Daniels) Gann, Bobbie (Johnny) Dow, and JoAnn Lehew; nieces and nephews Johnathon R. Foucek, Krista Colyer, Tyler Foucek, Alexis Martin, Tiffany Gann, Brianna Kae, Amber Daniels, and several other beloved nieces and nephews; and grandchildren: Logan Colyer, Aubree Colyer, and Rylee Colyer. She is preceded in death by husband Frank Kent, parents Annie and Riley Lehew, brother Bo Lehew, sister Betty Skelton, and niece Tracy Skelton.
