Tre' Davon DavidsonTre’ Davon Davidson, age 22, a vibrant resident of Columbia, tragically passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023, in an unexpected motorcycle accident.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 20th at 11:00 am at Heritage Funeral Home, with Pastor Tonya Marks officiating. The burial will follow at Maury Memorial Gardens, where he will be laid to rest by his father, Ricardo. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 19th from 4:00-7:00 pm at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Tre’ was born on December 16, 2000, in Maury County, the cherished son of the late Ricardo Davidson and Dana Malave’ Davidson. An exceptional athlete, Tre’ displayed expertise in various sports, with a particular passion and skill in football, a sport he had embraced since the tender age of 7. A graduate of Columbia Academy in 2019, he furthered his education at Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky, where he earned a football scholarship. Tre’ held the record for the most rushing yards until this year, leaving an indelible mark on the sports community. Beyond his athletic achievements, he was known for his work at the skate rink and bowling alley, where his talent for connecting with children shone through. Tre’ even embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, establishing Full Throttle Remodel, showcasing his exceptional craftsmanship.

A lover of motorbikes and big trucks, Tre’ found joy in the thrill of the open road. His infectious smile and goofy personality will be fondly remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Tre’ is survived by his loving mother, Dana Malave’ Davidson; brothers, Marquis O’Neal (Nicole) and Marquel O’Neal; grandmother, Patricia Malave’; grandfather, Richard Malave’; aunts, Jean Davidson of Spring Hill, Tracy Malave’, Missy Malave’, and Sazah-Yental Malave’; uncle, Ernest Moss; nieces and nephew, Jazmyn O’Neal, Xazavion O’Neal, and Lennon James Hood; brothers, Treyston Hood, Knox Ransom, Anderson Porter, Beckett Ransom, and Caleb Foster; special friend, Austin Potter; and a host of cousins.

Tre’ is preceded in death by his father, Ricardo Davidson; paternal grandparents, William Lee Davidson and Mattie Emma Davidson; aunt, Leigh Tanya Moss; and cousin, Jason N. Moss.

Pallbearers paying tribute to Tre’s memory include Caleb Foster, Marquis O’Neal, Treyston Hood, Anderson Porter, Rob Norton, Knox Ransom, Braden Blackwell, and Jazarius Zachary (JZ).

Honorary pallbearers include Jim Adkins, Derek Ransom, Marquel O’Neal, Troy Jenkins, Bryson Burm, Isaiah Cordle, and Sky Polk.
