Travis Hill, 84, of Florence passed away June 8, 2017. Visitation will be today, June 11th from 1 to 2 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home with Brother Donnie McDaniel and Brother Jerry Phillips officiating. The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Travis was retired from Ford Motor Company, IBEW, UAW. He was a member and past deacon of Underwood Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Steve Hill, Phillip Pruett, Jud Smith, Parker Smith, Brett Young and Josh Hill. Honorary pallbearers will be John Powell and the men’s Sunday school class of Underwood Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Hill; two daughters, Mirenda Wright (Kirk) of Florence and Denise Hill of Winder, Georgia; two grandchildren, Brett Young and Jacob Hill; and brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Underwood Baptist Church building fund.
