Tosha Leashea Ewing, aged 40 of Lewisburg, TN, passed away on January 20, 2024, in Lewisburg. Tosha was a member of Second Avenue Church of Christ Lewisburg, Tn. Tosha was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Audrey Pearl Ewing and James Steven Ewing Sr. on January 5th, 1984.
Tosha attended Marshall County School System and graduated in 2001 from Marshall County Highschool. Tosha worked as a CNA for Bedford County Nursing home providing care to patients for about 6 years. Tosha then went to work for Nichirin Tennessee from 2007-2020. Tosha worked in quality control and enjoyed her job. Also, she worked for Talos of Lewisburg Tn from 2020-2023. Tosha is preceded in death by MaryAnn Greer (maternal grandmother), Pauline Ewing (paternal grandmother),Sarah Roseman (aunt), and Amy Greer (aunt). Tosha is survived by her only child Teneal Milian Alexander, Audrey Pearl Ewing (mother), James Steven Ewing Sr,(father); siblings Daniel Ewing (Lewisburg TN), Frieda Ewing, James Jr. Ewing, Jalaya Ewing all of Indianapolis, Indiana. Partner, Ronnie Thomison. Devoted friend Aimee Timmons (Lewisburg Tn), Special friends; Latoya Mcfarland (cousin),Syreeta Adams, Tiffany Oquinn and Brandi Clark.
Funeral services will be held 1pm Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Bills-McGaugh and Hamilton Chapel with the Pastor Nora Alexander of Greater First Baptist Church of Lewisburg, Tn officiating. Visitation will be held at the chapel of Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home on Friday, January 26, 2024, from 4pm to 7pm and will resume at 12pm on Saturday, January 27, 2024, until the funeral hour. Burial will follow at Beechwood Cemetery Cornersville Tn. Pallbearers will be Joe Greer, Marvin Johnson, Darron Lyttle, Chaddric Lyttle, Thomas Franklin and Durell Thomison. Honorary pallbearers: James Jr. Ewing, Jason Haislip, Shane Greer, Shelby Harris, and Donny Wayne Mitchell.
