Tommy Wayne Owens, age 61 of Winchester, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at The Waters of Winchester. Tommy was born on May 12, 1959 in Lincoln County to Doris Norman Owens and the late Jim Owens. He was employed by the state of Tennessee and worked in the Forestry department. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Allen Owens. He is survived by his loving wife, Lauri Ann Owens of Huntland; son, Curtis Owens of Winchester; daughters, Alisha Barnes of Elora, Christy Womble of Winchester, Tiffany Ashburn of Winchester, Cayla Ashburn of Fayetteville, Courtney (Curtis) Russell of Fayetteville; mother, Doris Owens of Elora; brothers, Steve (Elaine) Owens of Huntland, Dwayne Ownes of Elora; grandchildren, Logan Barnes, Lane Barnes, Hannah Barnes, Kara Stewart, Madyson Stewart, Leighton Edwards, Wyatt Allen, Ryker Quick, Teagen Quick, and Will Russell.
