Tommy Joe “T.J.” Stutts, 65 of Leighton, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday, April 27, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Bro. Thomas Thornton will officiate. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Town Creek.
T.J. was a native and lifelong resident of Colbert County. He was preceded in death by his father, John E. Stutts; mother, Orine Stutts; and brothers, Doug and Dan Stutts.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Stutts; children, Katrina Givens (Jason), Jessica Stevenson (Jessie), Tyler Stutts (Samantha), Brad Poss, and Adam Leal; and grandchildren, Taylor, Alyssa, Brayden, Nate, Ayden, Emma, Noah, Salem, Charli, Willow, Allie, and Bryson.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
