Tommy Dale Wright, 64, of Bonnertown, TN, passed away June 30, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family after a short illness. Tommy was an auto mechanic and of Baptist faith. Tommy, also known as Papaw to everyone, was an avid hunter and fisherman that truly enjoyed being outdoors. He took great pride in his garden every summer. He could grow the best tomato plants around. What he truly loved most in life was his family, especially his grandkids. He loved watching his grandkids and never missed an activity, party or a ballgame. The family would like to thank everyone for the love and support that has been given during this difficult time. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1:00 P.M. with Terry Wright officiating. Burial will be in Bonnertown Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Brock Gentry, Braxton Shook, Dustin Heathcoat, Daniel Luffman, Puppy Davis, and Lee Whitley. Honorary pallbearers will be Phil Collier, Ronald Shelton, Gary Newton, O’Neal Bailey, Ken Newton, Casey Woody, and Arnold Whitley.
