Tina Northcutt Shelby departed this life on November 1, 2015 in Humboldt, Tennessee at the age of 51 Years, 10 Months, 1 Day. She was born December 31, 1963 in Hardin County, TN the daughter of David and Joan Boyd Northcutt.
She was united in marriage to Philip Shelby on June 13, 1987. She was a Nurse Practitioner and a member of the Assemblies Of God.
She is survived by her husband Philip Shelby of Humboldt, TN; her parents, David and Joan Northcutt of Corinth, MS; a sister, Lori Northcutt Wigginton and husband Shea of Spring Hill, TN; a brother, Allen Northcutt and wife Cheryl of Houston, TX; father- and mother-in-law, Paulus and Neva Shelby of Jackson, TN and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
