Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Sunday, May 21, 2023 at the Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (315 Winchester Road Huntsville, AL 35811) with Dr. O. Wendell Davis officiating. Mr. Watkins will lie in repose one hour prior to service time.

Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Saturday, May 20, 2023 at the Royal Funeral Home.
