Timothy “Tim” William Ploss, age 43 of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 12, 1977 in Tampa, Florida. Until his illness, he had been employed by Great Lakes Cheese Company. In he his earlier years, he wrestled, played baseball and football. Tim enjoyed listening to music, reading, and playing video games. He was preceded in death by his brother Daniel Singleton and his grandparents, Margaret Hines Watson, William Hines, Hazel Mando, and Frank Ploss. Tim is survived by his loving mother, Sharon Hines Lundy of Winchester; father, Timothy Roger(Amie) Ploss of Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania; children, Chablis Ploss of Lynchburg, and Treven Ploss of Winchester; granddaughter, Aaliyah Howard; siblings, Mark (Carla) Singleton of Winchester, Robbin (Mark) Strope of Commiskey, Indiana, Amber Marchena of Brooksville, Florida, and Brandon Ploss of Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania; nieces and nephews, Lilly Carter, Jerry Carter, Georgia Singleton, and Daniel Singleton; mother of his children, Michele Ploss; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be from 10 am-12 noon on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow at 12 noon in the Moore-Cortner Chapel.
