Timothy Neal Bivins, 64, of Iuka, MS, died Thursday, August 11, 2016, at the Tishomingo Community Living Center. Tim was a former Tishomingo County Constable, and the owner of Tim Bivins Concrete Works. He enjoyed deer hunting, camping, working on his tractor, and spending time with his family. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m., Saturday, August 13, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Charles Jones and Bro. Neil Edmondson. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Micah Bivins, Will Casey, Johnny Bivins, Jr., Dave Bivins, Jr., Jerry Pannell, and Cody McMeans. Honorary pallbearers include Matt Locke, Keith McNeely, Don McNeely, Kerry Milligan, and Rodney Pannell. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Friday, August 12, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Bivins of Iuka; one son, Johnny Brent Bullard (Misty) of Michie, TN; two daughters, Tammie Middleton (Craig) of Dennis, and Lorie Cornelius (Jeff) of Tuscumbia, AL; three brothers, Johnny Lloyd Bivins (Sue) of Iuka, William David Bivins (Bonnie) of Odenville, AL, and Volley Bivins, Jr. (Myra) of Iuka; nine grandchildren, Destiny Courtney (Landon), T. J. Sanders, Whitney Sanders, Dakota Bullard, Ashley Bullard, Cari Ann Cornelius, Collins Cornelius, Ava Cornelius, and Amberly Bullard; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Volley and Ethleena Bivins.
