Timothy Lane Harris, age 58, a resident of Culleoka, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at his residence.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at 5:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Keith Baker and family and friends officiating. A visitation will also be held on Sunday from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
A native of Maury County, Timothy was born on March 12, 1966, and was the son of Clyde & Linda Massey Harris. He attended Columbia Central High School and worked many years as a pipe insulator for the Asbestos Workers Local 86 Union and more recently worked self employed in construction. He hobbies included raising game chickens, coon hunting, fishing, and playing pool. He was an avid golfer who also enjoyed cooking. Tim was of the Presbyterian faith.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Michael (Angela Batts) Harris of Culleoka, Brad Harris of Culleoka, Ben Harris of Culleoka, sister in law, Stacy Meredith, aunts, June (Boyd) Wood, Virginia (Carl) Davis, Linda Massey, Carolyn Harris, uncle, Dennis Bowen, nieces and nephews, Kayla Elizabeth Harris, Amber Lynn Harris, Jonathan Wesley Harris, James Walker Harris, Avery Braxton Harris, Caleb Lane Harris, Chandler Meredith, and great nieces and nephews, Marianna Harris, Everly Harris, Lynley Harris, Jasper Meredith, and Loaklyn Meredith.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James & Pellie Harris, Lucille Massey, uncles, Sonny Massey, Bobby Harris, Buddy Harris, Andy “Unc” Harris, and aunts, Carolyn Sue Bowen and Margaret Harris.
Honorary pallbearers will include Tim’s cousins and friends.
