Timothy Dewayne Cummins, 63, of Huntsville, passed away June 3, 2024. Visitation will be Friday, June 7th from 11:00 – 1:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home in Florence. The funeral will start at 1:00 pm in the chapel with Mike Cummins officiating and burial following in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents, Obie and Elsie Cummins of Collinwood, TN and Johnny and Ella Rece Adams of Florence, AL.
Survivors include his siblings, Mike Cummins (Carol) of Detroit, MI, Keith Cummins (Becky) of Nashville, TN, Lynn Cummins (Christy) of Florence, AL, and Scott Adams (Lori) of Florence, AL. Additional survivors include his nephew, Jacob Adams of Florence, AL; nine nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; and five great-great nieces and nephews.
Uncle Tim took great pleasure in the simple joys of life like a lazy day on the lake, a trip to his happy place at the beach, driving to Tennessee to get lottery tickets, and spending time with family and friends. Tim never saw a house or car he didn’t want to buy and then turn around and sell six months later.
