Timothy Daniel “Buzzsaw” Brooks, age 48, Haleyville, AL. passed away Sunday October 4, 2020.
Graveside Service will be Wednesday October 7, 2020 at 2:00PM at Winston Memorial Cemetery in Haleyville, AL., with Bro. Sammy Taylor officiating.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Bennett, Jonathan Gilbert, Brad Cornelius, Kevin McGough, Jordan Brooks and Jamen Brooks
He was a graduate of Haleyville High School and the University of North Alabama. He worked at Bennett Racing Engines for 15 years. Enjoyed fishing, playing golf, hiking outdoors, walking his dog, and watching and supporting Alabama football.
He left a smile wherever he went and was always willing to stop and have a talk with friends or acquaintances.
He is survived by his mother, Reba (Jimmy) McCarley; brother, Todd (Boo) Brooks; nephews and niece, Jordan, Jamen and Reagan Brooks; brother Tommy Brooks; step-sisters and step-brothers, Craig McCarley, Ross McCarley, Selena Jackson and Millicent Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Simon Brooks; grandparents, Albert and Gracie Wickwire.
