Timothy Dale Barrett “Toothpick”, 67, of Florence, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at Mitchell Hollingsworth Nursing Home. He was a retired truck driver for Keenum Construction. Timothy was a member of Petersville Church of Christ.
Visitation will be Monday, December 30, 2024, from 1-3 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Stony Point Cemetery. Officiating will be Rod Stansky and Gary Cosby.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Floy Barrett; sister, Sandra Barrett; brothers, Chuck Barrett, Tony Barrett, and Jeff Barrett; great granddaughter, Caroline Kelsey.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Karen Woods Barrett; sons, Blake Cochran (Rachel) and Glen Barrett (Gina); daughters, Holly Eck, Amy Jackson (Derek), Cristi Eck, Sabrina Zills, and Heather Barrett; sisters, Lori Barrett, Cheryl White (Tony), Lisa Barrett; grandchildren, Pilot, Oakley, Blair, Nick, Hunter, Madison, Brandon, Chandler, Gracie, Cheyenne, and Tearrah; great grandchildren, Jon, Christian, and Drake.
Pallbearers will be Nick Coppock, Hunter Kelsey, Brandon Jones, Riley Clark, Martin McRight, and Cody White.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jon, Christian, Drake, Pilot, and Oakley.
