Mr. Timothy Clark Hollandsworth age 60 of Smithville, TN, died Monday, January 23, 2023, at Ascension St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN. He was born June 30, 1962, in Warren County, TN, to the late Flavil Tallman and Helen Lucille Clark Hollandsworth. He attended worship at Smartt Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by a sister Sandra Lucille Hollandsworth and a brother-in-law Gerald Wayne Fults.
Survivors include sister and brother-in-law Sharon (Jimmie Ray) Cope, brother Flavil Stephen Hollandsworth, nieces Leslie Whaley and Kirstie (Darran) Dixon, and nephews Jeff (Brenda) Fults and Keith (Christy) Cope.
Private services will be held at a later date.
